Commitment and
dedication
We’ve done dozens of TPPI and PREP trainings
all over the country. One thing that strikes me
at trainings is the level of commitment and
dedication among participants. People are
working so hard to make a difference for youth
in their communities. They’re grateful to be in a
training that helps them do their work better.
We learn a lot from participants’ real life stories.
We weave these stories into future trainings.
In a way, people who come to our trainings are
getting to learn not just from ETR’s trainers,
but from all the participants who’ve shared
their experiences with us.
I love being part of this process
where we’re all working together
to make a real difference for teens.
